Agreement

By creating an account, signing in, or using NabadAi Music (“the App”, “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

NabadAi is operated by Nabadai music For Computer Systems & Communication Equipment Software Design, a sole establishment licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (trading as NabadAi). See our Legal information page for business and contact details.

The Service

NabadAi Music lets you create AI-assisted music using lyrics, style prompts, audio references, photos, and voice personas. Features may change or require credits.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You may delete your account at any time in Settings. Deletion is permanent.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the Service.

Your content

You retain rights to content you upload or create. You grant NabadAi a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and transmit your content solely to operate and improve the Service (including generation, playback, sharing, and operational caching needed for those features).

You represent that you have the rights to upload or generate content you submit, and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

  • Voice & audio: Melody guides, vocal references, and Persona voice samples must be your own recording or material you are authorized to use for AI music generation. Do not upload another person’s voice without their consent.
  • Photos & images: Images you upload for cover art or song inspiration must be yours or properly licensed. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent.
  • Persona: When you create a Persona, you confirm the voice sample is yours (or you have written permission from the person whose voice is represented).
  • Drafts vs publishing: New songs start as private drafts. Drafts are stored in your browser or device library and are not guaranteed to sync across devices, survive clearing site data / reinstalling, or be retained forever. We may cache audio so a draft can keep playing while it remains available, but that is not a backup or permanent-storage promise. If you want to keep a song, you must publish it (to keep it on your NabadAi account and across devices) or download it to your own device. A subscription provides credits and features; it does not by itself guarantee permanent storage of unpublished drafts.
  • Publishing: When you publish or share music publicly, you confirm you have the rights to share it and that it complies with these Terms.

Creator standards

These standards apply to everyone who publishes on Discover, shares links, or uses social features. They supplement our Terms and describe what we expect from creators on NabadAi.

Public content & publishing

You may keep creations as private drafts in your browser or device library, or publish them to your public profile, share links, or use social features (such as Friends or Discover). Private drafts are not public and are not a promise of permanent or multi-device storage. To keep a song, publish it or download it to your device. When you publish, other users may view, play, or interact with that content according to the feature and your privacy settings.

  • Publishing is your choice. You can unpublish from your account where the app provides that control.
  • By publishing, you confirm the content complies with these Terms and that you have the rights to share it publicly.
  • Public posts may appear in feeds, search, charts, or promotional surfaces inside the Service.

Content moderation

We may review, restrict, remove, or unpublish content—especially public content—at our sole discretion, with or without notice, to protect users, comply with law, respond to reports, or enforce these Terms.

  • We are not obligated to monitor all content and do not guarantee that objectionable material will never appear.
  • Moderation actions may include hiding a post from public view, removing it from feeds, limiting account features, or suspending or terminating accounts.
  • Our moderation decisions are final, subject to applicable law. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent account closure.
  • To report content or account abuse, contact help@nabadai.com with links, usernames, and a description of the issue.

You agree not to publish or generate content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property, exploits minors, contains non-consensual imagery or voice likeness, promotes violence or hatred, harasses others, or is spam or deceptive.

Copyright & takedowns

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to help@nabadai.com including: (1) your contact details, (2) identification of the work claimed infringed, (3) the URL or location of the material on NabadAi, (4) a statement of good-faith belief, and (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

We may remove or disable access to reported material and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate. Counter-notices and disputes may be handled as required by applicable law.

AI-generated output

  • Outputs are generated by AI and third-party models. Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to existing works.
  • We do not guarantee commercial ownership, chart eligibility, or freedom from copyright claims for any output. You are responsible for how you use generated music.
  • Do not use the Service to imitate artists or rightsholders without permission, or to generate unlawful or harmful material.

Credits, subscriptions & payments

Some actions consume credits. Credits may be included with NabadAi Pro subscriptions, redeemed via promo codes, or purchased separately. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire or change as we update pricing.

NabadAi Pro (weekly or monthly) may be purchased through the Apple App Store, Stripe on the web, or other payment providers we enable. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your App Store account settings or through the billing flow we provide. Refunds follow the rules of the platform where you purchased (for example Apple’s policies for App Store purchases).

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or exploit others.
  • Upload malware, spam, or illegal content.
  • Publish content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights.
  • Use another person’s voice, likeness, or identity without permission.
  • Attempt to break security, scrape at scale, or abuse APIs.
  • Circumvent credit limits or access controls.
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.

Third-party services

The Service integrates third parties (hosting, auth, AI generation, etc.). Your use of those features may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NABADAI AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify NabadAi against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless applicable law requires a different venue.

Changes & termination

We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page. We may stop providing the Service with reasonable notice where practical.
