My song generation failed

Open Activity and check the generation status. Failed generations should return their credits automatically. If they do not, email support with your account email and approximate generation time.

I cannot access my account

Try the same sign-in method you used originally: Apple, Google, or email. Include the username and sign-in method in your support message, but never send your password.

How do I keep a song?

Private drafts stay in the browser or device where you created them. They are not guaranteed forever or across devices. To keep a song, publish it (profile / any device you sign in on) or download the audio to your device. A subscription does not by itself make unpublished drafts permanent.
