Who we are

NabadAi Music (“NabadAi”, “we”, “us”) is an AI Arabic music generator operated by Nabadai music For Computer Systems & Communication Equipment Software Design, a sole establishment licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (trading as NabadAi). This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. See also our Legal information page.

Information we collect

  • Account data — email address and authentication identifiers when you sign in (for example with Google, Apple, or email and password).
  • Profile data — username, avatar, bio, voice range label, optional voice note (“calling card”), and public profile settings you choose to share.
  • Content you create — lyrics, style prompts, uploaded photos, audio recordings (hums, vocal references, Persona voice samples), generated songs, covers, and posts you publish to Friends or your profile.
  • Usage, purchases & credits — product interactions, credit balance, redemption history, subscription or purchase status, and generation-related metadata needed to run the service.
  • Social activity — follows, likes, Echo voice moments, comments/replies, and play counts where those features are enabled.
  • Device data — app version, push-notification identifiers, coarse diagnostics, and data stored locally on your device (for example cached library and preferences).

How we use information

  • Provide and secure your account.
  • Generate, store, play back, and share music and related media you request.
  • Operate credits, support, and abuse prevention.
  • Improve reliability and fix errors.
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms.
  • Review public content and enforce community standards, including removing or restricting posts that violate our Terms.

We do not sell your personal information.

Public content & moderation

If you publish songs or posts to your public profile, information such as your username, display name, artwork, titles, captions, and audio previews may be visible to other users and appear in feeds or share links.

  • Authorized NabadAi staff and contractors may access account and content data as needed for support, billing, security, and moderation.
  • When we moderate public content (for example unpublishing a post), we may log the action, the content involved, and the team member who performed it for audit and legal compliance.
  • We may retain moderation and security logs for a limited period even after content is removed.

Third-party services

We use trusted processors to run the app. Depending on what you use, data may be processed by categories of providers such as:

  • Hosting & database — authentication, database, file storage, and API hosting.
  • AI generation providers — to generate audio, lyrics, images, or voice-related output from your prompts and uploads, subject to their policies.
  • Push notifications — delivery if you opt in (device token and account identifier). Direct-message alerts may include a short preview of message text; your device settings control lock-screen previews.
  • Subscription management — purchase status and entitlements for paid plans.
  • Website analytics — aggregated traffic and usage on public marketing pages where enabled.
  • Google — if you choose “Continue with Google” for sign-in.
  • Apple — if you choose “Continue with Apple” for sign-in on iOS.
  • Stripe — web subscription and payment processing when you purchase NabadAi Pro on nabadai.com.

These providers only receive what is needed to perform their function.

Cookies & website analytics

Our website and web app use cookies and similar technologies (including browser local storage) to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect accounts, and run core features. These are necessary for the service to work.

We may use third-party website analytics on our public marketing pages to understand traffic, referrers, and how visitors use nabadai.com — so we can improve the product. We do not use analytics for cross-app advertising or to sell your data.

Where required by law (for example in the EU/UK), we will ask for your consent before loading non-essential analytics cookies. You can also limit cookies in your browser settings or contact help@nabadai.com with privacy questions.

Permissions on your device

The app may ask for:

  • Microphone — record melody guides, vocal references, Echo moments, and Persona voice samples.
  • Camera & photo library — add photos to stories/moments and song artwork where you choose.
  • Notifications — send activity alerts (likes, follows, mentions, and similar) when you enable push notifications in Settings.

You can deny permissions; related features will not work until you allow them in iOS Settings.

Retention

We keep your account data and published content while your account is active. Unpublished drafts primarily live in your browser or on your device; they may not appear on other devices and can be lost if you clear site data, change browsers, or uninstall the app. We may retain temporary or operational copies of audio (for example so playback can continue after a provider link expires), but that is not a guarantee that every draft is stored permanently. If you want a lasting copy, publish the song or download it to your device. When you delete your account (Settings → Delete account), we delete your authentication record and associated data in our systems, subject to short backup cycles and legal obligations.

Data stored only in your browser or on your device can be removed with “Delete account,” by clearing site data, or by uninstalling the app.

Your choices & rights

  • Access and update profile information in the app.
  • Delete your account from Settings (signed-in users).
  • Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal data where applicable law provides these rights (including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, where it applies).

To exercise these rights, email help@nabadai.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office if applicable law allows.

Reporting & legal requests

To report abusive public content, copyright concerns, or privacy issues, email help@nabadai.com. We may share limited account or content information with law enforcement when required by valid legal process.

Minimum age

NabadAi Music is for users who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country, if higher). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone below that age. Contact us if you believe a minor has provided data and we will delete it.

Security

We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on backend systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

International transfers

We are based in the United Arab Emirates. Your information may be processed in the UAE and in other countries where our service providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
