Who we are

NabadAi Music (“NabadAi”, “we”, “us”) is an AI music studio app. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account data — email address and authentication identifiers when you sign in (for example with Google or email/password via Supabase).
• Profile data — username, avatar, bio, voice range label, optional voice note (“calling card”), and public profile settings you choose to share.
• Content you create — lyrics, style prompts, uploaded photos, audio recordings (hums, vocal references, Persona voice samples), generated songs, covers, and posts you publish to Friends or your profile.
• Usage & credits — credit balance, redemption history, and generation-related metadata needed to run the service.
• Social activity — follows, likes, Echo voice moments, comments/replies, and play counts where those features are enabled.
• Device data — app version, coarse diagnostics, and data stored locally on your device (for example cached library and preferences).

How we use information

• Provide and secure your account.
• Generate, store, play back, and share music and related media you request.
• Operate credits, support, and abuse prevention.
• Improve reliability and fix errors.
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

We use trusted processors to run the app. Depending on what you use, data may be processed by:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
• Vercel — hosting our website and API endpoints.
• AI music providers (such as Suno) — to generate audio from your prompts and references, subject to their policies.
• Google — if you choose “Continue with Google” for sign-in.

These providers only receive what is needed to perform their function.

Permissions on your device

The app may ask for:

• Microphone — record melody guides, vocal references, Echo moments, and Persona voice samples.
• Camera & photo library — add photos to stories/moments and song artwork where you choose.

You can deny permissions; related features will not work until you allow them in iOS Settings.

Retention

We keep your account and content while your account is active. When you delete your account (Settings → Delete account), we delete your authentication record and associated data in our systems, subject to short backup cycles and legal obligations.

Data stored only on your device can be removed with “Delete account” or by uninstalling the app.

Your choices & rights

• Access and update profile information in the app.
• Delete your account from Settings (signed-in users).
• Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable law provides these rights.

Children

NabadAi Music is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data and we will delete it.

Security

We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on backend systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

International users

If you use the app outside your home country, your information may be processed in other countries where our providers operate.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
